Unhappy paid, but no item,no contact

I bought a knitting pattern over 2 weeks ago, paid, but no pattern. I have contacted the seller 3 times no but no response. What do I do now? The only thing i can think of is that she is unwell. I really wanted the pattern too!

If you haven't paid, then you may just forget it. But as you want the pattern, just keep reminding them you are here and want to buy. Did you use the email address or just the ebid AAL? The latter might not have got through

Unfortunately, the OP says she *has* paid in the title.

As Meebo says, if you haven't tried direct email (available in the sales record) then give that a go.

Is it somebody who posts here that you can send a PM to?

Do they have a store... in which case it will say top right when they were last online here.

morebookbargains was it a US seller ? some us sellers are having trouble accessing eBid at the moment ( not eBid's fault ). ?

What i have done in the past is after a week of no reply i sent a second class letter to the seller, i got got a call two days later, apologizing that they no longer sold on ebid and had no stock left, they gave me a full refund.

Since then i never pay until i have had a response from the seller.

As this was a UK seller (if this is the right item 1180620570-32270-0) then I would suspect that they have not been on eBid in quite a while, last seen in store is showing as Friday 14th November 2008 @ 21:09

She last received feedback 18th november & last left feedback 21st October.

try direct email, then send her a PM through forums I am sure I have seen her on the forums in the past.

We are US sellers and we have no trouble with the site what so ever.

So don't really understand the comment above.

How did you pay for your item and is there a way to cancel payment or see if payment was collected?

    Best of Luck

It seems that at least one U.S. internet provider was having problems (Time-Warner??). Most other sites were not affected.

I have Bright House RoadRunner as my ISP and for some reason never got my emails from ebid on my RR account. Ebid's emails didn't even go to the deleted folder so I have no idea where they went but they were being blocked somewhere along the line.

So I opened a gmail account and use that email for all ebid correspondence. To make it easier for me, I just have my gmail emails forwarded to my RR email address.
