Can't access Auctions I'm running

Hi

I can't access "Auctions I'm Running" from the My eBid page.

the page loads with this message

"The page you viewing is not accessible for the next few seconds, a quick software update is taking place."

It has been like this for a about an hour or more.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

First off,have you tried refreshing the page?
Second, in the address bar at the top of your screen it will say something like this,
http://uk.ten.ebid.net/perl/account....ccount-pending
Try changing the number between "uk". & "ebid.net" to three,four etc up to ten.See if it makes any difference.

just tried to get into Auctions I'm running from my eBid summary page and the page still isn't loading.

the url address is showing http://www.ebid.net/error500.htm

I hoping this will be sorted soon.

I am having a similar problem but instead I cannot even access the site at times - it just states the dreaded "cannot find server" . I cannot even access the home page then and then miracously a few minutes later everything is working again - that is until the next time. It has been like that on and off for about 2 hours now. Other sites are working fine.

I've have just contacted the Help desk I'm now waiting for a reply.
