Should I get a pop up or E mail?

If I get asked a question about an item I have for sale should I get an e mail or popup of some sort to tell me there is a question needs answering.?
Reason for asking there was a question in the Q AND A box of my E Bid and I nearly missed it.

I get emails telling me when i have questions. Have you checked spam folders?

Yes, you should get an email letting you know there's a question needing answered.

Do you get other eBid emails eg reserve met and item sold?

Thanks for information will have look see which boxes have got ticked or unticked,when I have sold something always got an e mail for them items.
