Default New and need help - pictures poor

    Just created my first listing.

    1. Note when uploaded photos ,...quality was reduced, from around 350 kb to 120 kb
this is NO GOOD AT ALL, as pictures are now not sharp ..and you cant zoom.

    2. Not for MY present item, when i sold on ebay - items related to cars, i had a car list for items in the the specific section / "MPN" that could be searched from the top line, cant see any specific section. this was very important to the sales of my items.so had a huge list of all the classic cars my item fitted.

    3. choosing second category ..........list massive and never ending scrolling, needs break down like when i chose the first category

    Any help would be appropriated

    Welcome, Metalworker!

    1. Your pictures look fine on my screen.

    2. I can't really help with this one

    3. Couldn't agree with you more so I do as many "list similars" as I can to save scrolling.

It sounds to me as if you will have many repeat buyers and what you have is very specialist? If so eBid could work really well for you.

    Yeh pictures look good

You can out the MPN in the barcode section but it might be worth trying to use the Add Subtitle section at the bottom of the editing section on listings

I'm not in the UK, so I don't see your UK-only listings. However, I wondered if you tried clicking on the photo to view the larger version of the photo in a pop-up window?

    I can see 2 listings.
Your pictures look fine. You can double click and get the picture larger but there is no Magnifier glass to zoom in.

When you click on viewing his listings, it will take to a page with no listings.
Look down and it has that there is now listings for the US country.
It will say that there are listings available in eBid.UK - click on that and you will see his account.

There is no zoom, but you can enlarge the picture by clicking the picture.
You will get an enlarge picture and on both sides, there are arrows to scroll through any pictures in that listing. (my picture show one side of those arrows, but there are two)

Yes, the picture comes on like you have in the post above ..but picture is only about 15 percent larger, oddly when i use the zoom smaller on my microsoft edge browser ...at 75 percent the surrounding page is at 75 percent and the the image grows to double size ..........take my browser to 175 percent, surrounding page grows to 175 percent ..the image shrinks to 50 percent of what it was at default ..
i have noticed this on almost every site that shows images in this way. even with the old internet exploror 11.

I'll put a note on each listing saying if they want to see more detail download it .
