I think we are finally coming to terms with the flood(he said in a very quiet voice).The tankers are still pumping and the big pump by the pond is still doing it`s bit through the night. All locals involved had a bit of a conference on Sunday and put all the pieces of the puzzle with the extra water together. It seems that while all the rest of the UK have been coping with natural rainfall and flooding, we here have been experiencing ENHANCED rainfall and flooding,by courtesy of the M.O.D. The local utilities and council are saying it will be many weeks before the flooding threat passes and only then can they start the much needed repairs to roads, paths etc. We have been told that this incident has so far cost over £500,000 and is ongoing!!!

Sgt am pleased to say dental trip went fine has healed nicely & he couldn't find anything else that needed doing thank goodness, so just hope it stays that way

Done apart from any cock ups, but have deleted shipping fabric over the water ( no go over de water as my friends Spanish granny used to say ), I have now lost the will to live and am going for a rest.
just found out I am not going in the bunk direction as I have to pick, pack and replace Nine pounds for a pack of 20 now....................soon changed my mind.

A pack of 20 is a pack 20 cigarettes is now £9 gb pounds. no go over the water is supposed to be a funny for no international shipping. ( but i don't think anyone else thought so either ) pick, pack and wrap meant i have sold 8 and need to go find them and get them ready to ship.

I have been following how many auctions ebid has at any one time, on the 11/2/08 there were 464,221 auctions, today there are 500,266 auctions, up 36,000 in 17 days, that's over 2,000 a day, it will be great if ebid keep growing at this pace.
