aahhhh2 x failed pick ups

ahhhh , i wont mention company but every known again they fail to pick upparcels
i got 2 large parcel and they failed twice to pick up .

this has happened a few time , look bad to customer .

Not had any issue with them, in fact they collected every parcel from me on agreed dates, I've always dealt with them direct though rather than through a 3rd party (not saying you did it through a 3rd party)
