I have been reading in the forums that ebid are changing the accounts to bronze silver gold ect

I am new and have just payed for seller+ lifetime

Q1 What does this mean for me do i have to pay again?

That's what they were years ago. What age was the discussion you were reading? Sure it wasn't ancient history? It's possible they're bringing it back, but seems unlikely.
