Setting up google checkout for multiple ebid stores

You just need 1 account.

Yes.

I have 5 stores with no problems

You can use your About Me Page or one of your stores as your public business website as shown in part 4 - but the API callback URL is https://www.ebid.net/perl/googlecheckout_in.cgi as shown in part 6 of my instructions.
