Marking multiple items as shipped.
After spending ages trying to find out if it was possible to mark multiple items as shipped i finally found out from an old thread. For one thing i can't understand why it isn't a drop down in the AAL and, for another does anyone know if my customer will be bombarded with 30 shipped emails like i was.

I like the idea of being able to mark multiple items as shipped at one time, will have to look into this myself.
I don't know about the multiple shipped e mails, though as I get them myself, I suspect the buyer might, too.

It seems you can only mark multiple items as shipped from the paid invoice and not the mark items as shipped.
Wouldn't it therefore make sense that just one email is sent with all items marked as shipped or maybe i'm missing something.
What's more i've just discovered that the same lengthy message i wrote is on each email.
She must think i'm barmy. Maybe i am !!

I can't find any automated emails telling me items were shipped for any of the things I've purchased here or any of the things I've sold.

You may have that particular setting unticked in emails you wish to receive Tia.

Many thanks for the heads up on where to fnd the option to notify a buyer that several items had been shipped together,
like you was looking in the AAL dropdown menu and getting frustrated
hadnt thought to go to the "view invoice" and then notify the buyer from there.
much appreciated and saved me wasting a lot of time posting individually and also getting exasperated as i looked through the FAQ's for an answer which hopefully will become a common occurence:-)
perhaps should be added to the forum section dealing with website glitches etc?
