How do i get this removed.

Thanks, I also BB'd. IMHO the fb the buyer left is ridiculous - any rational individual would contact the seller first to see if he/she would offer a refund for a purchase made in error before dinging the seller. Retrotrader, you have every reason to contact eBid support about this and every reason to think this ridiculous fb should be removed.

Personally that sounds to me like someone trying to make excuses rather than a genuine incorrect sale. I would return the feedback favour, myself. (in a slightly more mature, rational manner, something like "bought item, refused to pay"

Contacted support this morning and feedback has been removed and the fee returned.

Thanks for the information. I was just looking to post a thread myself. I have recently had my feedback imported via Repatoo and a negative FB has been stated for 22nd Feb 2011. No record of negative feedback anywhere so where has it come from? Have taken your advice and contacted support@ebid.net.
