    Exclamation Not able to list, invoice related OK what am I meant to do?

    Just tried to repost some items, but seems I am not allowed to until my invoice is paid.

    My invoices have always been paid by my registered card.

    This is the path I take

    My eBid
    Unsold
    Select relevent auctions (I selected these unsold ones) 29336346 ; 29336350; 29336344; 29336321; 29336319 + a few others

    I selected the repost and delete boxes as normal, scrolled down, clicked repost delete box at bottom (the blue one) and got this image below and things refuse to repost.

    BY the way I only have July's invoice to pay, not 2 overdue as shown in the image

    sorry - didn't see this thread - just started a new one.

    Apparently not paid my invoice either...

    Obviously glitch. I've relisted some items, but this was prior to seeing notice ... not tried since.

    Would be a bit inhibiting if can't list either


    UPDATE - the items I thought I 'd relisted haven't - the notice must have appeared at that point.

    This is one of several fee invoice problems I've had, being charged for featured listings on a few occasions and now saying haven't paid, when it's eveident I have. Most glitches I can accept, but the fees side has to be right !

    Gazza just noticed this too relating to eBid monthly invoices
    If you are receiving this invoice for a second or further time it is because we were unable to obtain payment from your card last month. We will attempt again within the next few days.

    A detailed statement of your expenditure can be found by looking at the "My Fees" section of "My eBid".

    Payment for £ xx.xx will be requested from your registered debit/credit card within the next few days.

    Update your card details in the "my Subscriptions" area of My eBid to make sure this payment is processed and to stop repetitive reminders being sent to you.

    Confirmation will be emailed to you when this is confirmed eBid.Ltd uses the secure services of Netbanx.com for all card transactions.
