    Biographies can house autobiographies.

Let us know about the others, please be specific otherwise we can't add anything.

It is mostly teen books gazza. They are too adult for kids (they would possibly scare or confuse them) or too young for adults (too boring). I know it is a hard to categorise them as people age at different rates. But if you are looking for something for a 15 year old, you wouldn't give something suited to a 30 year old. Even young adults. They have a young adult section in the library, why not online? It could be a combined teens/young adult category.

I am glad to see that it got a bit of a discussion going. I more kill threads than start them!

    How about
    Books > Teen > Fiction
Books > Teen > Non-fiction (if there are such things?)

    Yeah, totally agree bykimbo. Or

    books>young adult/teen

There is non-fiction for kids, I'm not sure about teens.

I find the "young adult/teen" thing a bit cumbersome, and don't see that it really adds anything - but I don't feel strongly about it.

Teen books is a great category as there are numerous books that come under that title. Harry Potter for example is for young adults (I know there's an adult version too). Phillip Pullman books, "The Golden Compass" (UK name) and such like are young adult books. There are so many, too numerous to mention.

Thinking about this, there are bound to be. Even if it's just "self-help" type stuff to help teens cope with the difficulties of turning adult.
