Google payment never posted into bank account

I have a buyer that made a payment through google checkout that never posted into bank account. I attempted to contact him several times for proof of payment with no avail. Ebid never showed that he had paid.
BTW te account has been verified by google
Did he actually pay?

Look at your google account and see if you processed the payment.

That was my mistake. I ended up eating crow and reversing the negative feedback and gave a nice appology. I wish ebid would have notified me about the payment for I did not see the confirmation email. I also wish the guy would have responded through ebid like I did.

Whenever I've had a google payment I've got an email from them telling me it's arrived, with a link to go to the payment and process it. If you didn't see that, maybe your spam trap tripped it up?

When I set mine up I also had the choice of whether or not I wanted things to process automatically - I assume that's still there?

If you had not accepted the payment on Google Checkout (GC) then GC will not have informed eBid that you had been paid - because at that point you hadn't. The buyer's card issuer had only authorised the payment and not charged it. eBid can't tell you what it doesn't know.

It sounds as if you need to take a good look at your GC settings as they do not sound set as you want them to be. If you do not want to process payments then set GC to authorise and charge the buyer's card. Then eBid will be told that you have been paid. Also check you GC email setting and ensure they are set to email you when any activity occurs.
