Hi Gazza,
not an addition as such, but maybe a clarification of what a subscription is/means would help people signing up for Gold membership.

Hi Wendy,
you need to contact support, either by the form at the bottom of http://uk.ebid.net/contact.php or emailing support@ebid.tv

Hi Gazza,
maybe a HOW TO, section (for both eBid & the forums) as part of the forums as lots of people don't seem to read the FAQ pages.
For instance
HOW TO
contact support
change a subscription
save regularly used settings as defaults
add a link to your auctions in your posts
add a graphic link to your auctions in your post
use the Plug your Auction Forum

One suggestion I have is to have an FAQ site that can be read; rather than a database driven by key-words.
The one you used to have was very useful, the current one is not very user friendly; to me FAQ's should be something you can browse through.

Our FAQ format hasn't changed, we will be updating the look and feel of it and adding more Q&As when we relaunch.
