    Default Numismatic Fundraiser..........Interested?

Are there any sellers of coins or banknotes who would be interested in a numismatic focused fund raiser? I know that a few of us participate in other fund raisers, but just thought it would be interesting to see this group of sellers do a fundraiser.

You'd think there were plenty of options there, but I need "I neither buy nor sell coins nor banknotes, but wish you well with your fund-raiser".

    *waves at Ron*

BTW I'm going to vote for the not interested version, not because I'm really "not interested" but it's the nearest equivalent as I don't expect to take part and if I don't vote I have to keep clicking to see the results.

    Actually that option is there.

As you wish. I just felt "would be interested" implied I'd take part and "would not be interested" implied I was being dismissive. What I wanted to say was that I wouldn't take part, but would be interested enough to wish it a success for those taking part, and would watch and support from the sidelines.

I sense there's nothing I could have said, however positive and supportive, that you would have welcomed. I'd better leave you to it. I do wish you well, whether you want my support or not.

    Your statements are welcome Kimbo.

This poll is not geared to garner support, but to get a sense of those who are involved in numismatic endeavour and the general eBid community. It would probably be of interest to this seller base and their current/future buyers, to know the sentiments of the eBid community towards their products & services, & a fundraiser specifically.

No option for "I don't think there are too many fundraisers on eBid, don't have a clue about notes & coins but would be supportive of such a fundraiser and might even consider buying some goofy thing if it caught my eye." But that's how I would vote.

Have you floated this idea in the coin chat area? Might draw some new folk into the maw of eBid fundraising.

Edited to add, I voted for the 4th from the bottom but wanted to be clear that I do not think there are too many fundraisers on eBid.

Thanks for voting Pearly, & for your interest in this group of eBid buyers and sellers. Yes, I have thought of reaching out to both the seasoned & new coin & banknote sellers. Poll is running for a week so I have a little time.
