Strange message on bulk upload

Bulk upload (text file not NL) - got a funny error message.

Created file, uploaded. 31 passed, 2 failed. Checked failure log and agreed they were wrong, so clicked to start the ones who passed and got this error message.

When cleared checked results, and the successful ones had uploaded fine, so not sure what error there was supposed to have been!
