Default Problems since the switch over to new servers

Thought I would start a thread for those having problems signing in to eBid and see who is using what operating system and internet provider.

Hello everyone and I totally understand the frustration people are having. I thought I would be one of the last back online as I'm way up north in Canada. I really do want to give advice in case it does not help anyone. If you know how to clear your cookies you could try that. WARNING you will loose alot of saved imformation though. Only try it if you feel comfortable doing it. I'm only trying to help and do want to add to your problems. I did clear my cookies and I'm using firefox web browser. On your browser bar tools-options-privacy-cookies I'm just a member and not part of the technical support team.
