    Default Hmmm.. US traffic making up 40% of ebid traffic?

    kinda makes you wonder if it would not be more wortwhile to start putting some heavier investment into U.S. advertising?

    I always like checking alexa rankings every so often - it's a rather good way of keeping a finger on the pulse of particular sites of interest..

    Its been disappointing to see that traffic ranking has gone down (and traffic appears to be on a mild decline) .. but I'm wondering if more U.S. sellers have a peek at that, it'll help keep hopes up - Id be willing to bet those numbers are a bit surprising to many

    Not surprised to be honest as american has 303 million (approx) population where as UK has around 60 million

    Then at least Alexa, unlike Quantcast & Compete, know that other countries exist.

    Also the stats are dependent on who has the Alexa toolbar installed, so results are frankly meaningless.

    The thing is. hardly anyone in the UK uses Alexa so our users won't be counted.
