sending out emails to customers

hi dont know if you have had this before but when i had my store on ebay,we could see who had saved you in there favorites,then when you had listed new items you could send them an email with your new listings etc can you do this on here,thanks

It's not something you can look at or manually control. People can put you on their favourites list and choose to have emails sent weekly or whatever, telling them about new items listed, but it all happens outside your control or knowledge.

In all the years I sold on dungbay, I never once could see on whose list I was their favorite except when they opted for emails.

I think the OP's talking about the email list you could have with shops. If people chose to sign-up for your mailing list, you could see who they were, and send newsletters out.
