How do I open a shop?

Would someone kindly guide me on the steps to follow to open a shop ?

Just click on your My eBid and look at the right hand menu. All the options are there. Click the My eBid Stores option and follow the on-screen instructions.

From your 'my ebid' go to 'my ebid stores'. That opens a new window. In blue is written click here to open a new ebid store. Click on that. It will open a new window.

Follow the set procedure as set in sections 1, 2, & 3 - load banner, choose the store name, choose colours, choose categories etc.

Your created store will be offline. To make it live - visible for all to see - click offline and it should put the store online for you. The store will remain on line without stock in it for no more than 12 hours. To make sure it stays live permaenently, you will need to list at least 1 item into it.

Then you should be good to go. Any more problems, drop a line here.

Logo as in store Banner? Quadilicious has some in his store I believe that are available for purchase, or I think he does custom designs to your specifics. Take a peek.

If I open a store do my ebid auctions transfer to it , or do I have to relist each one?

Neither - edit each listing to select the shop and category and they'll get added in that way.

Hi, have tried doing as in screenshots but as soon as I upload my banner and click 'Update store detals' I get a new page with the following message ...Error, you are not the owner of this store

This is the banner I'm uploading (from My hard drive) for the shop I'm trying to open

I've got two shops already and I'm pretty sure this happened before but forgotten how I worked around it ...?
Can anyone advise me Please?
(have emailed the guys to see what I'm doing wrong ... but can anyone here help me?)
