i joined last year when i sold (or so i thought) a hairbrush set the person claimed i did not contact them with payment details but i still have this in my messages wich proves i had sent them on more than one ocassion i also emailed them to him direct i thought he was taking the mick so he left me a neg and i done same to him is there anyway ebid could remove this as i feel it is unfair??
