Can't get into my eBid or search

I just tried to go into 'my ebid' and the screen came up like when you are not connected to the internet. I also tried a search and the same thing happened.

I've not been able to search in eBid for about a month now, but can normally get into my ebid and list items.

Anyone else having any problems?
