Thread: New to ebid..cannot get account validated

Smile New to ebid..cannot get account validated

Can anyone help. I am new and just listed my first few items. I am really excited as I am also an ebay defector......Matched all my information when I did the validation, but the account I used is a joint account for me and hubby. Could that be why it is not adding the AV to my username?
For some reason it just kept saying error like others have experienced when I used my single account. Hate to change it at this point but would like to be validated. Any advise?

Very excited to be here and I hope sellers help each other unlike the "other" place where I went by the book and kept getting reported. Isnt there enough business for us all?? One would think!
