    Default Seller not responding

    Can anyone please tell me the procedure when a seller doesn't respond?
    I bought 2 low priced items on 4th sept & paid immediately through Paypal. To date I have heard nothing from the seller & have not received the goods.
    I have contacted the seller twice vial ebid messaging - no response.....what should I do next?

    Try using their real email which should be in the AAL I believe.

    Sadly it no longer is a happy ending Seller responded to the email then has disappeared again - not replying to emails or AAL question. Is there a procedure on ebid?

    email support at support@ebid.net and tell them what has happened
    Go to Paypal and file "item not received" report

    i had the same situation after purchasing a TV on here. paid...never recieved. filed a claim through Paypal and never recieved my money back. Paypal claim that they are still working to get my money even though they have "closed" my dispute. Apparently since the item was not purchased through ebay they do not cover it. i will NOT buy anything here again.

    Yes they do cover it.

    If they didn't then how on earth would as you say "paypal are still working to get my money"

    If the seller has emptied their account, then no matter where your sale took place you will struggle to get your money back, then you do a chargeback on your credit card. (if used)

    This is I've been hearing more and more people are getting ripped off by "fly by night" sellers I'm beginning to think that some of these "sellers" are just the same 2-3 individuals who work as a team to scam people of their money.
