what about Machine Embroidery Designs? Are they allowed as digital delivery? This is not an ebook. It's a digitized design for various sewing machines.
the simple answer is no...... nothing that is sent by email is allowed
eBooks or any auctions that are selling information only.

How about a fully stocked, shopping cart and PayPal enabled gift website?
The website would have to have a new name, and I would have to transfer the site address, and other info that pertains to hosting and payments and such. Not sure that I am going to sell yet, but just thought I would ask.
Hi not to sure what type of designs your offering would it be possible to put your designs on CD and sell that way, I do understand sending by email is a lot easier
and cheaper but not allowed.
