I have asked on other threads but how do you transfer the f/b button from UK Actions site onto my site?

I am NOT a computer whiz - so can you explain s l o w l y please

I just want potential customers to know that although very few f/b here at the moment - this has not always been so

Also have another banner to add re Fair Trader would like to add this as well
