Craft Marquee at Wellingboroughs 100th Carnival - can you help me promote EBID?

I have had what I hope you will all agree is a good idea (makes a change for me!) My craft group, Rose of the Shires, is hosting the craft marquee at Wellingboroughs 100th Carnival and Party in the Park weekend on the 5th and 6th July. There is expected to be a minimum of 10,000 people through the doors and I am offering some free space in the marquee to promote EBID. As my group is purely craft, artistic licence is being used here so it means it will have to be done from the point of view that it is THE online place to buy crafts and craft materials. What I will need is ideas, on how to best use this opportunity, manpower and materials (ie flyers) It would be great if T-shirts could be worn but not had mine yet so cannot "lend" mine but do you think we could put something together?

why not email gazza and ask them to donate a few items to give away maybe you could offer a raffle where the buyers of tickets could check the winning ticket(s) online here on the forums
