I work full tme as well Val as sell on the auction sites!!

Problem is I gave up work a year ago.Getting offered plenty of mangerial jobs, but thats not what I want to do. I am a nurse with 30 years experience ( showing my age now). the last four I was in a branch managers role in a healthcare enviroment so was still doing some nursing, but I walked away from it, as all I really want to do now is nurse. ( all the government are bothered about is spending more NHS funds in scoring nurses smiling and compassion...its really degrading, they would not do it to any other profession)

Anyway the job centre wont put me forward for any basic nursing roles for 13 weeks as they say they can only put me forward for roles similar to my last one!!! in the first 13 weeks.

I have my CV posted on monster, staff nurse.com and jobsite. I am getting calls from people everyday offering me mangerial roles, which is great if thats what I wanted. I have stated on these job boards that I want a clinical role.

Well I have an interview tomorrow in a nursing home for......a deputy managers role...ok its got a bit of management in it but I will still be able to be a hands on nurse, thats why I agreed to go for an interview.

I am an accounts manger myself for my sins and have worked at same firm for 7 years so far!!!. It does feel like forever as well! heheh
