Default Can I unmark an item as paid?

This is the problem I sold an item some elbow guards for skateboarders, they paid immediattly through paypal, for them, but on checking the paypal transaction page it was inelligable for seller protection as there was no address of any sort listed.did not know you could set up an account without an address.
Checking the E Bid contact details the address looked incomplete with the spelling of the town.
Did a total refund via paypal to date no further contact from them
So far had no reply to e mails or via AAL log on E Bid .

Said it before...but why can buyers mark the item as paid? I have a buyer who has marked the item as paid...but no payment has arrived yet.

It should be the seller who marks the item as paid.

I think that the buyer should be able to kark as payment sent, because that is all they have done. They have not paid for it until the payment has cleared, which the seller should be able to mark as payment recieved.

Cheers all, all being well its a buyer thats new to this site and finding there way round it,and that stupid new paypal system which will cause more problems than it will solve.
Thankfully hope have managed to block the new bit of paypal with no address listed.
