Just wondering how you can 'watch' threads so you get emailled on any update to them?

All threads that you take part in are auto 'subscribed'.
Go to 'Quick Links' above, then click 'Subscribed Threads'.
Works for me anyway.

Aaah just found edit options on the control panel, same page as above and clicked email messages instantly every time
