i got my first sale or so i thought i see he has bought other items and is leaving feedback i have sent reminders and tried to message them with no response the item was bought buy it now now im going to open non paying bidder dispute not the greatest start not ebids fault any advice welcome

I have the same problem she bought 2 items, checked her feedback she just registered. I'am new also and this was my first sale,or would have been. I have no advice but I know how you feel. I would also welcome any advice.

Hi

Send 3 payment reminders via the AAL, at least 24 hours apart.

Mark them as a non-paying bidder.

Leave them negative feedback (to warn other sellers), don't worry about getting a retaliatory neg on here, admin will remove it for you.

Send the auction details to support@ebid.tv, and ask them to credit any fees that you have been charged.

If they are new they may be waiting for there account to be verified, i normally wait 7 days till i send out a reminder invoice.

hate to have done it but had to leave my fist neg and non payer claim today... shame as they had a good record on here so wasn't expecting a problem.... mind you it was the first out of 120ish sales so I'm not complaining

hi im the same very rare i give negative feedback, but after 3 payment reminders and just ignored it had to be done, if they had sent a mail saying could they cancel thats fair enough but to be just ignored from a seller that has quite a lot of good feedback theres no excuse.jules x

after reporting an unpoaid item he now says he not got invoices and could i resend. i told him to check his junk folder. what else can i do?

Tell him to view the invoice on ebid via his after auction log.
