The problem is almost certainly paypals. unless you funded the payment via your credit card or from fees in your paypal account- ebid probably don't have the payment and won't have it for up to 10 days whilst it 'clears'. Which basically is a way that paypal ( and their parent company ebay) squeeze more money from us. My advice would be cancel the paypal payment now, and use a credit card to buty your ebid lifetime subscription instead, you should be able to start selling straight away then

thanks for your reply im getting sick of ebay i got auctions running there at the moment once they finish ill move here.strange how they can take instant payment for themselves lol

Some users have had this problem, it is due to you paying via an eCheque, this takes about 3 days to clear. Once it clears you will be upgraded automatically.

Same problem paid by paypal with debit/credit card still can't list. Will be moving all my auctions from ebay bet your busy today!!! The recent changes on top of high fees are just too much......looking forward to selling on eBid.

Not a happy chappy waiting for upgrade to go through. if ten days no point in doing first auction as my first is time sensitive. Time to start giving Pay Pal the heave, they will get the message quite quickly if people change to another source. Could be worse source of course. anyone tales of doom gloom and misery with others before i leap from the devil i know.

For the last 24hrs we have been receiving some incorrect callbacks from PayPal, this has meant a handful of users were not upgraded automatically. We are manually upgrading these users and will be finished within the next 10 minutes.

hi it is usually 3 days if goes through as e cheque this is not ebids fault but nothing they can do as they cannot verify you without actually recieving payment

at least you all got a reply from the big boss gazza so theres comfort for you no silly automated reply ,

lots of sellers on here are using google checkout just as safe as paypal or you can accept cheques , p.o`s bank transfers etc. etc.

i love google it`s easy and the money goes straight to your account no waiting for lots of cash until you see your money

to eBid 'albe' 'geofizz' and 'amberhorse' I know what you mean about feepay, I came over here from there, and I have never looked back, this is a much nicer place, I hope your sales go well
