Facebook scams?

I noticed some comments about facebook and scams.. what scams, please? So we can all be warned.

I also read that facebook is a waste of time - please post a bit on the facebook ebid group. You don't know who reads it and those who say it is a waste of time have scarcely if ever posted there so how do they know what might be done with it?

If the group keeps changing, it moves up the lists of groups which get displayed on various pages.

If different pictures and posts are made then the group will appear in more searches.

And Spiders read it!!!

oh, come on! someone tell me what these scams are! Whose side are you all on? I'm only trying to promote ebid. I've supported other people's attempts, so please support mine.
