Took the link to Ebay off my MySpace page, put EBid link instead :-)
Added EBid to my business cards, took Ebay off :-)
Link from my website is to EBid, no longer to Ebay :-)
Am telling my regular customers "My items are less expensive at EBid than on Ebay" :-)
...and any place else I can talk EBid up or give a mention, I am!!!!

My Ebay feedback is good and plentiful, just in need of some here to get me going in the right direction! I'm crossing my fingers!

You could always buy a couple of things to get your feedback started, it's not all one way traffic you know. Don't buy on ebay buy on here.

Fantastic The US site is starting to build momentum. it'll take a little while for items to filter onto google etc... but if the sellers are patient- the buyers will follow . I'm a Uk ebid seller- but have sold to Australia, Canada and three times to the US this week

I was trying to think of more ways I could promote eBid--in addition to contacting former customers and friends (emails, fliers, etc.), and using the buddy points program, so, since I had about 40 outstanding feedbacks to leave on "the other site," I decided to (gasp!) leave feedback first, but repeated the same message..."Great Buyer! Visit Us At Our New Location e Bid Dot Net! )"

Those feedbacks are still there, so I guess it's true that E**Y doesn' actually read feedback!!! I'm thinking of following up on past feedback left, and saying the same thing!

I figure, at this point I've got nothing to lose!

Brilliant idea! Might try that myself as I don't list there anymore.
