I just wanted to remind some, and alert others to the www.PowerSellersUnite.com site, where as the url suggests, many eBay power sellers have been uniting for years to get behind other sites.
There's an eBay boycott coming up from the 18-25 February which could be the biggest yet by far considering fee and feedback changes, plus the presence it's having in the media.
PowerSellersUnite.com is just one site debating this a lot at the moment, discussing idea's on what to do, and more importantly, where to go.
I and I'm sure we all, want that site to be eBid.net, which on two topics I've tried to make the case for. Reasons being I don't see any one country only site succeeding greatly against eBay, which has global presence, branding, and customer base. The only one really competing on those fronts I believe is www.eBid.net. So please sign up or revisit. Post idea's, promote eBid, your store, join the debate and movement of the eBay boycott, get sellers and buyers over here.
There's two key topics at the moment where' I've been explaining why I think eBid.net should be the choice to unite behind, I would urge everyone to vote on eBid in the 2nd links poll, if we pull together we could really see a seller and buyer surge on eBid not only during the boycott week, but keeping those users long-term by demonstrating eBid's the best alternative.
