Help with the Link Logos

Hi Everyone,
I'm new to eBid, and wanted to link my store to eBid. I joined the affiliate program, picked my logo/banner and placed the html code for it on my store page. Problem is it takes you to clixglore and will not send the user to ebid to give me the $1.25 for the new user. Has anyone else noticed this? This is the message that it shows on the clixglore page.
Unfortunately we cannot redirect you to the website requested. It is most likely that the Merchant is geographically targeting and filtering the customers / traffic received at their website. The source of this click has been filtered out. The program may also be inactive or have a low balance.
