    Smile Problems Upgrading my account.

    I upgraded my account using paypal yesterday morning. I have the receipt in my email box from the payment. My account has yet to be updated. Does anyone know why it would take so long to update my account?

    Hi there just sit back and wait for it thinks there are not many doing the updating or however its done.
    My logo as just updated itself tonight thats about three days or so kept thinking it was me so I would give two three days or so.
    One thing on here if you do get concern and e mail support you actual do get a human being answering and they make sense.

    Hi Chrissies,

    Welcome to eBid and good luck with buying and selling.

    I am assuming you upgraded to either a recurring or lifetime "Seller+" account. If so, since you are showing as a "Seller" account, I suggest you contact support@ebid.tv and tell them the situation so they can sort it for you. Just be sure to get a ticket number for your email to support (usually within an hour) and then you should get a response from a real live person within 24 hours.
