eBid Store Logo Upload Problem

I just started yesterday and now I am trying to put up my eBid store. . .

now I bumped into a problem that I cannot seem to figure-out WHY?

I am trying to load the logo of my eBid store. I already took note of the restrictions that the logo should be either gif or jpg format and the size should be 310 x 90 pixels. . .

eBid did not say if 310 x 90 is maximum, so I made my logo exactly as 310 x 90 pixels. . .

eBid did not also specify if there's any restrictions with the file name of the logo from the harddrive. . .

unfortunately, I have already tried more than 10 times and still NOT BEING SUCESSFUL on uploading my logo. . .


Please I need help here. . . Anyone please. . . .

Nice to see that you have managed to sort out your logo problems.
*However,you obviously haven't taken note of the restrictions governing links to your own e-commerce enabled sites.
It would be advisable to remove those links from your auctions before you are suspended.We would hate to see that happen before you've established yourself here.

You need to refresh the browser, otherwise you will be looking at a cached page
