Changes to account types

Let me see if I can sum this up:

There were numerous complaints that Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum levels were too confusing and kept putting people off from signing up. So management listened to those complaints, agreed that the situation needed changing, asked for ideas, accepted the majority verdict (at that time), changed to the new system, and now people are unhappy with it all over again?

That about the size of it?

Seems to me that these guys can't do right for doing wrong. They're never going to please everyone no matter what they do.

So, just as a suggestion, why don't we all just give the guys a break and see how this thing works for a while? If new people still think it's confusing or putting them off, then maybe it'll need changing again. BUT, and you'll notice that it's a big "but", if it does actually work, then maybe all us regulars can just get used to it and complain about things which are more important instead?

Really, haven't been called that before . Is it an insult? I think you should look around a bit more Lawrence. I don't have the most listings by a long way. Haven't managed to win Nykmedias' monthly sales challenge yet either. I did come second once.

Incidentally, you're probably making the mistake of judging my sales by my feedback. Sales are always more than feedback shows because so many buyers don't bother leaving it.

Seriously, can someone answer ChangingSeasonsStore's question because I want to know the answer too - I'm a Gold member, signed up in 2005 for supposedly lifetime advantages, now Gold doesn't even exist. What the Hell is going on here?

Looks like ChangingSeasonsStore is Seller+ now, so maybe she took advantage of the half-price upgrade to Seller+ running at the moment.

Gold does exist, but only for existing members, so if you had Gold Memberhip, you still do.

Gold Lifetime users will be able to upgrade for only 5.00 due to previous payments being deducted from the cost of Seller+ Lifetime.

One question: do we Golds need to bother becoming Seller+? Are there any advantages or should we just stick with our existing lifetime memberships?
