Gazza -- eBid email not working

I'm with BT and I only get about half of the emails I should. Is there a way of sorting this out?
I have also NEVER received a newsletter from eBid, so I missed out on the Platinum upgrade!
I've been a member of eBid for nearly 4 years!

is there a move on to check emails ??? like you I never heard about free upgrade , but I did get an email from ebid a couple of weeks ago but I think that was the first since I started ...

Yahoo and BTInternet email are one and the same and some eBid emails are being blocked by Yahoo. We have written to Yahoo asking why but would appreciate others emailing them asking them why email from our servers are being blocked.

It should have details somewhere in the BT Yahoo help pages, I can't see them because I'm not with them.
