Video error - must be 11 characters. (it is 11 characters) so please show my video

New seller here, with a silver account, but if I pay more in the (listing) I can get privileges of gold and silver. For example, more images and a video.
I have added my video data to my listing and I am getting an error that the text link needs to be 11 characters, it is, but it still tells me it needs to be 11 characters.
So I could not get my listing to show a video due to a bug?

As a platinum member, I do not see the option to add a video to Ebid auctions, only extra images. You should check this with support.

If I wanted to include a video, I would add in the item description.
Switch to plain HTML in edit, and wherever you want the video insert:

Change width and height to suit
