Default Magazines - Barcode number or Product Code number?

I have some magazines listed, currently I have used the barcode number but I notice inside there's also a Product Code number, does it make a difference which one I used? The Product Code number ends in the issue number so might be more useful to human eyes.

I would use the barcode, too.

I think it's more for google searches for a better search.
