Half-green payment icon?

I have a Buy Now that on the Sold page has been showing a half-green and half-red P icon. I haven't received any payment, and there is no option to send a payment reminder. What does this icon indicate?

Have you tried hovering your curser over the icon? It works for the other icons.

It means a buyer/sender of funds has sent you a payment, from a non-automated method, ie, check, money order. If that did not occur, then it could mean someone faking a payment.

I have received that icon and also marked payment sent (left that icon) for a seller. I always give it time for the payment to reach me, and then I click on payment received in AAL (this will fill the icon in all green). I also always communicate with the seller that I sent a payment and the form of payment sent.

As my listings are set up to only accept Paypal, I'm wondering how the buyer would have selected some other method? Does Paypal have some sort of payment method that would result in a delayed payment? The buyer has yet to respond to an invoice or email. I'm more curious than anything, as I hadn't before seen this icon.

Sounds as if the buyer went to the ASL and selected the "payment sent" option. Did eBid and/or PayPal send you any notice of a payment received?

Have you checked your PayPal account to see if payment was received? You probably should contact eBid support to look into this situation.

No payment received or payment received notification. Buyer still has not responded. There is a "Payment not received dispute" in the ASL options, which I'm supposing would be the next step. Perhaps the buyer just decided that s/he didn't really want the item, and I simply would like to relist the item.
