    Default Configuring shipping labels?

How do I go about configuring shipping labeles so as not to print out the instructions with the labels (so as not to waste shipping labels)?

I have never seen that happen.

Where are you configuring your shipping labels from? Are you using a provider such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, Stamps.com, etc. or are you doing your own labels?

I am shipping from the USA, and when I select the "Print shipping labels" option, I get redirected to PayPal.

In Paypal, go to your Profile and Settings, then click on Selling Tools, then update your Shipping Preferences. Verify that you have the correct printer configured, then in the Printer settings, there's an option to turn off the Print Receipt option. You can then print single labels per sheet, then flip them around to print on the other half. If Paypal's options don't work for your particular label, you can check nother postage sites, such as PirateShip, to see whether they would work better for your printer/labels.
