How many parent categories allowed per store?

I need a reminder of how many parent categories and sub categories are allowed per store.
If I remember correctly, is it 36 parent categories with 36 sub categories per parent category?

I'm pretty sure I have 99 parent, with 99 sub in one of my stores.

Wow, I found my own reply back in April 2017
