Q&A on My eBid is not displaying a number when there is a question

A buyer requested a combined invoice yesterday, but the Q&A showed a zero -- Q&A (0) --- in the header row. It wasn't until I opened one of the listings (planning to send a payment reminder) that I saw his request.

Please look into this. I rely on these headings to know when something needs my attention.

The listing numbers are 137236118 and 137100502.

Hi, an invoice request isn't part of the Q&A system so wouldn't show in the Q&A count currently.

However you should have received an email.. Just checked the logs and the email in question was sent from us and accepted by Gmail ok.

OK, I wasn't aware of this. I went back and checked, and I did get a notification email, but I always log on to eBid first thing in the morning. In the future I'll check the email first.
