    Default Combine Postage

Is it possible to combine postage?

i mean if I am selling 50 items for £1 each and £1 postage, i dont want to be charging someone £50 for items and £50 postage if all sold to the same person.

Also is the 2% charge for SELLER+ based on the item fee or the item+postage fee.

You can add a price for shipping additional of the same item on the listing.

For buyers of different items I would state that you offer a discount in each listing, some people do so using My Notices. I have listings from a few grammes to several kilogrammes so I state that shipping discounts are available for multiple discounts, on really light items I also state that it will possibly ship free. You can then invoice with the discount added.

Unlike that other site, the FVF is not added to shipping, only the cost of the item.

    Multiple Instant Checkout (MIC)

Go to: My options > My Defaults

On the first tab, which is the general defaults:

Enable Multiple Instant Checkout - select 'only listings with a shipping code'

Go to the third tab which is your shipping defaults:

Make a name for your shipping code.
    Input shipping at £0.75

Put a tick in the box below to select the option Each extra item using this shipping code will add £ - and then if you want everything combined at a £0.75 then just put in £0.00.

You can also input your international shipping on the MIC.

Once you have completed that - do a bulk edit on all your items to include the shipping code. If you have completed all this correctly you will see on all of your listings (click on a few to check) that after the shipping cost there is an addition which states extra item £0.00.

So now if a buyer selects (for example) 5 items, when they go to pay the shipping is auto calculated to £0.75 for the 5.

I have been using MIC ever since the first day it was released... nearly 2 years ago I think - great system.
