Thread: Time to book my first Overseas holiday

  1. #1

Default Time to book my first Overseas holiday

Just received my very first passport after waiting over 23 years to get one.

    Destination: Spain
Don't walk in front of me..I may not follow-don't walk behind me..I may not lead-just walk beside me and be my friend.

23 years ago I was 16 and at the time I had applied, But the rules back then were those born outside of England/UK and born before a certain date 1981 were not entitled to a passport. I was born in Rinteln W.Germany in 1975. So according to the Government rules I was neither a british citizen or a german citizen but infact a legal alien. But now I have my passport it shows me now as a british citizen.
