23 years ago I was 16 and at the time I had applied, But the rules back then were those born outside of England/UK and born before a certain date 1981 were not entitled to a passport. I was born in Rinteln W.Germany in 1975. So according to the Government rules I was neither a british citizen or a german citizen but infact a legal alien. But now I have my passport it shows me now as a british citizen.Originally Posted by tonyreddevil
