I'd not heard of InterParcel.com, have just checked them out. But it looks like they're yet another service reseller, e.g. they're offering Hermes. Why go to an intermediary and then watch two companies blaming each other when things go sour?
When I've had problems, interparcels live chat have been fantastic and the operator I first talk to has took responsibility for the case and took issues up with MyHermes and sorted them to my benefit
