Been looking at prices for delivery of a parcel weighting just over 2kg. MyHermes seem to be the cheapest. Has anyone used them? What is their service like? Good or bad.
Do you know any company cheaper?
Thanks

Been using myHermes for about 3 years now and never had a problem.
Check around for myHermes parcel shops in your area, the home pickup can't give a time to collect your parcel and sometimes its handier to drop it off at the nearest collection point.
I used my Hermes for quite a few parcels, and then they stopped calling every day at the collection point. When I noticed some of my parcels were still in the shop three days after dropping them off, I stopped using them.
I now use Collect+ for my large models, 300+ parcels, none missing, none damaged, no non deliveries. One parcel, some time ago, took four attempts and still not delivered. I phoned the customer to see if was OK to give the courier the phone number, he agreed, the parcel was delivered the same day as I updated the parcel details with the number. I am very happy with them.

I've used them quite a bit.
They're very cheap and easy to use, but...............
They have a knack of breaking things you wouldn't think are breakable.
They pay compensation, but you'd rather they didn't throw things over gates.
Use plenty of wrapping, make it capable of bouncing, if you send anything.
I always use them when RM are too expensive and have had no losses or breakages but they did leave one in a very strange unsafe place.
